Our experience from Absolute Window from start to finish was exceptional. The sales team (Tony) did an awesome job of helping with the process of picking what was best for our house, and the installers (Greg and Eleazar) did a fantastic job of installing our windows and doors in a house that always throws at least one challenge to anyone working on it, if not several 🙂 We recently remodeled and had beautiful trim work done, we were concerned how the install would impact that, and how the result would look. Greg and Eleazar worked with the existing trim and it looks amazing!! Greg and Eleazar were on time, polite, very knowledgeable and they clean up the work area better than any installer I've ever worked with. Absolute Window did not disappoint, so happy with our house, it made such a HUGE difference in appearance and the windows and doors block annoying sounds, which is a definite plus!!! Read Less

We ordered hurricane windows for our entire home. Our process from start to finish was great. Our salesperson was great. He spent time going over products, materials and educating us about the differences. Our install crew was amazing. They were hard working and professional. They showed up on time and the site was clean every day. The customer service was amazing as we found 2 defects from the manufacture and they ordered replacements right away. They came out and replaced as soon as the product came in. They were great in answering questions after the fact. I would recommend Absolute Windows to anyone looking for replacement. Read Less
