Great Experience working with Absolute Windows and Doors. Hurricane Ian took out windows on the gulf side of our home. We waited almost a year for other window companies and installers to get us on their schedule. Many turned us down because we were not doing a 100%, $100k+ window replacement project. Absolute, heard our needs, quoted 3 configuration options to fit our budget, and delivered and installed 4 gulf-facing Impact-resistant windows in ~4 months, less that the 6 months they had estimated and FAR less then the 15 to 18 months the other guys were quoting. They even came back to help with the Permit sign-off and trim/paint work (+small labor & materials fee). The team at Absolute was great to work with; Alex (Sales), Ginger (Office) and Jeff R. Our sales person kept us updated on the production process and Ginger, the production coordinator, went above and beyond with her customer service.
